Tuesday 31 January begins with Live African Cup Of Nations at 18.00 and a choice of the final games in Group C as Gabon face Tunisia at the Stade De Franceville while Morocco take on Niger at the Stade De l’Amitie, Libreville. If you miss them the Highlights are on at 22.00.

At 19.30, Extreme Angler, Jeremy Wade, is in Australia looking for the Freshwater Sawfish in ‘River Monsters’.

Live Serie A TIM at 19.45 as Parma take on Juventus at the Ennio Tardini Stadium.

A choice at 20.00 as Everton take on Manchester City in the Barclays Premier League at Goodison Park, Liverpool or take in Live Futsal from the Spaladium Arena, Split as host nation Croatia take on Romania in Group A of the European Championships Finals.

Cracking programme at 21.00 called ‘Craig Belllamy’s African Dream’ about the Welsh International’s Football Academy in Sierra Leone.

The evening ends with Match Of The Day at 23.35.

On a busy Wednesday 1 February we start with Live Futsal at 16.15 from the Spaladium Arena, Split as the European Championships continue with a Group C game between Italy and Turkey.

The final games in the opening phase of the African Cup Of Nations are Live at 18.00 andit’s from Group D as Botswana play Mali at the Stade De l’Amitie and Ghana play Guinea at the Stade De Franceville. There’s a Highlights show at 22.00.

There’s a Live Serie A TIM game at 19.45 between Lazio and Milan from the Stadio Olimpico, Rome.

A choice at 20.00 as, from the Barclays Premier League, it’s Sunderland v. Norwich City from the Stadium Of Light or, from the Arena Zagreb, Croatia, there’s Live European Championship Futsal as Azerbaijan take on Portugal in Group D.

There’s a Live Copa Del Rey Semi-Final First-Leg at 21.00 from Spain.

And we finish with the excellent ‘Twenty Twelve’ at 22.30.

We start Thursday 2 February with a Live match from the European Futsal Championships from the Spaladium Arena, Split, Croatia as the Czech Republic play Romania in Group A at 17.30. Later on, at 19.30, there’s a Group B game between Slovenia and Ukraine from the Arena Zagreb.

We start Friday 3 February with Live Futsal from the European Chasmpionships in Croatia with Russia v. Turkey in Group C at the Spaladium Arena, Split at 17.30 followed by the Group D match between Azerbaijan and Serbia at the Arena Zagreb at 19.30.

There’s Live Bundesliga at 19.45 with 1FC Nuremburg taking on Borussia Dortmund at the EasyCredit Stadion.

And, at 19.55, there’s a short programme, ‘Sainsbury’s And Channel 4 Present………’, London 2012 : David Smith Part II, all about the Paralympic Gold Medallist at Boccia.

Saturday 4 February starts with Match Of The Day Kickabout at 11.40 followed by Football Focus at 12.15.

Our first Live Football is the William Hill Scottish Cup Fifth Round tie between Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Celtic. It all kicks off at 12.45 at the Caledonian Stadium.

A choice at 13.00 as former Rower, Matthew Pinsent, introduces World Olympic Dreams or catch Live European Championship Futsal from the Arena Zagreb, Croatia as Spain and Ukraine clash in Group B.

A busy Racing schedule starts at 13.55 and we have two Races from Ffos Las, four from Sandown Park and one visit to Wetherby.

The opening game of the 2012 Six Nations Rugby starts at 14.30 and we have, Live from the Stade De France, Paris, France playing Italy.

The first of two African Cup Of Nations Quarter-Finals is Live at 16.00 with the second game at 19.00.

Sportscene brings you all the news from around the country at 16.30.

Live Six Nations Rugby at 17.00 and it’s the Calcutta Cup match between Scotland and Ingerland from Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh.

Live Barclays Premier League Football at 17.30 when Manchester City take on Fulham at the Etihad Stadium.

The first of two Live BBVA Liga matches is Getafe v. Real Madrid at the Estadio Coliseum Alfonso Perez at 19.00 followed by Barcelona v. Real Sociedad at the Nou Camp at 21.00.

European Futsal action from the Spaladium Arena, Split at 19.30 as host nation, Croatia, take on the Czech Republic in Group A.
